The Exercise: Boat Pose
A little core work today to keep building that centering and balance strength for smooth and stable riding. We are revisiting the boat pose that we did on Day 16
The Challenge:
Do a few warm up stretches, like cat and cow (on your hands and knees
alternately arch and round your back, looking like an angry cat or a
sway backed cow).
Find a version of boat post that works for you by watching the video.
You may not be able to do full boat pose and a variation may be
necessary.
Try holding your version of boat pose for a full 60 sec
Repeat 3 times.
